It's been a while since I have written anything here and I hope that anyone who has taken the time to look at my first post hasn't gotten disappointed. It has been a busy few months though. I have just finished with my latest short story and hope to have it up soon for a free download for those who just want to get their feet wet with my characters first before trying a whole book. It is exciting though, I have gotten to fill in some of the blanks for my characters in writing this.
Now on to other things. I finished the last Evanovich book and was relatively pleased. It was much better than 13 but still not as good as the in between the numbers novels. I'm looking forward to see what she has planned next or to see if these characters are slowly coming to an end. Any thoughts??
As for Brockmann, I can't seem to get enough of her well put together books. I love a good series and find hers one that I can get lost in. Haven't read Into the Fire yet but am looking forward to doing so in my free time. I am also looking forward to getting her next novel. One thing I think she has going for her is that she may use some of the same characters in her novels, but she always seems to add more to them and it helps to keep the story line going.
I am also wondering what happened to Genita Lowe's Virtually Hers book that was supposed to follow the Virtually His novel. Although I found it rather different I am looking forward to see what she has planned for this series. I would find it hard to recommend this author to anyone who might have trouble with graphic scenes, but all in all her writing is excellent.
I'm always on the lookout for new authors and books to read. Let me know of ones that all of you find interesting.
