Kindness

I would love to know what has happened to common kindness.  Is it just that we aren't noticing it anymore, or is it really becoming unusual?  I'm starting to look for it in my everyday life, if you notice it in yours would you leave a quick comment here.  Maybe if we start small we can get something to grow.
