Brilliant Day

There were times that he knew that he wasn't any different than those horses that walked the beach daily.  They knew the routine and they knew there place in life.  As he jogged past them each morning in the bright warm sun he understood them.  Soon they would start to carry the many tourist that rode the up and down the beach on horseback each day and soon he would also begin to carry the weight of some one's troubles on his back.  He also knew what his role in this world was.  He served people, troubled people, helped them.  Even if it got tiring he couldn't change the coarse of his life now.

I didn't take this picture, but it is one that I am used to seeing on the beaches of Mexico.

Interesting take on the picture. Are you in Mexico now? Is that the Gulf of Mexico or the Sea of Cortez?

Not in Mexico now, but wish I were. It is acutally on the Pacific side of the Baja.
