Right or Wrong

Just read up on the President's visit to Phoenix and discovered that the school district hosting him has just done a quick renovation of the campus he will be on.  I wonder how much they took out of the landscaping budget for the one school to do this?  I also wonder what other jobs will go undone because of this.  I'm not saying the President is at fault here, but the preconceptions that people have is more to blame.  What's wrong with letting him see just how the campus really looked.  I also heard he is staying at a resort in Phoenix that is in danger of foreclosure.  Now that sounds like the guy that was elected.  I wonder what Mesa Public Schools has to say to all of this?

I feel Obama would have preferred that they not do anything special because of his visit and I think it’s great that he may have stayed at a place facing foreclosure. Hope it helps bail the resort out. I do have high hopes that he can help the country out of this horrible mess.

Don't you wonder what it is that motivates people sometimes?

Kudos to Barak for staying at the hotel that needs some help. But the school renovation is another example of misplaced values. Shame.

Just a short follow up. The district took it on the chin for that one.
